The average delivery time is 5–9 business days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you.

This model significantly reduces storage and shipping costs, allowing us to offer our products at competitive prices.

Since we work with multiple suppliers, products may be shipped separately.

Missing items are usually received within 1–2 days.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Are you not satisfied with your order? You can exchange or return your order within 30 days after receipt.

Conditions:

– The product must be in its original condition, and labels must still be attached.

– The product must not show signs of use.

Important:

– Returns must always be sent with Track & Trace.

– The sender is always responsible for the return package.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

On the Track & Trace page, you can track your package by entering your email address and order number.

Track & Trace information becomes available as soon as your package is registered with the shipping or delivery service.
